"Success is a matter of preparation meeting opportunity." Oprah Winfrey

Anne helps individuals understand their unique gifts and potential.
She appreciates and understands the pressures we all feel in our
lives from time to time: the need for balance and harmony with
our selves and our work; the pull from others to be who they
think we should be; the gentle tug from within to explore who we
really are; and the desire to find the voice to express our own
personal needs, desires and dreams.
Before becoming a career counselor, Anne held management and
leadership positions providing guidance, mentoring and coaching
to individuals seeking a sense of fulfillment in their career and
volunteer experience. As a manager, Anne gained first hand
expertise in the hiring process. She reviewed hundreds of
applicant’s resumes and interviewed numerous candidates for a
variety of positions. With her experience, she knows what
employers are looking for. Anne’s background enables her to
assist clients with writing winning resumes and cover letters and
coaching them in mastering skills for job interviewing.
Anne grew up in North Carolina and moved to Eugene in 1994.
She has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is a
Master’s Degree in Career Development from John F. Kennedy
University. She is married to her husband, David, and has two
cats and a chocolate lab.
With specialized guidance, you will discover your best fit for your
own career path, and Anne will help you explore all of the aspects
needed to get there successfully. Her approach is a partnership--
together you make a team that will identify your talents, challenge
your assumptions, and examine what is necessary to get you to
where you want to be.
